Computer to determine issue and advise customer of
remedy and final repair costs. Includes all major brands
of PC's including Mac.
Virus & Spyware Removal
Includes
removal of any Virus & Spyware found in system. At the
conclusion of the virus/spyware removal, depending on
the extent of the damage to the operating system if any,
further repairs may be required and customer will be
advised of final remedy and related repair costs. *
Note: Virus can sometimes be re-occuring and
continue to drop their payload at different
intervals of time. In such cases, a technician may
recommend a format of the hard drive and reload of
the operating system in order to solve the issue.
Charges may apply for reloading the system and
transferring data to be saved. Virus removal fees
paid out will be applied to final remedy and repair
costs.
Recovery Image Creation (Windows 7
Systems)
Create a
Backup Image of your existing Primary Hard Drive
configuration including your operating system all
programs and data in the event of a catastrophic
failure. Requires a secondary or external hard drive not
included. Boot CD is provided.

Cards, Hard Drives, Optical Drives, Memory, PCI Slot Devices,
Card Readers, USB Devices, Wireless Devices, Cooling Devices, Printers.

load. Activation /Re-activation and all updates for
hardware and software completed. Software Not Included.
Software purchased separately. A valid windows
license/product key is required for all operating system
reloads.
Data File/Transfer/Backup Service
Data Files
(up to 50gb)
copied from one customer supplied storage device to
another. Including, flash drive, internal or external
drive. Data must be accessible and able to be copied. Service does NOT Include Data Recovery.
Data File Recovery Services
Level 1
Diagnostics for a Single Internal or External Hard
Drive to determine drive status and if data is
recoverable. Includes MBR Repair, Partition Recovery &
Detailed File Scan. Does not include mechanical repair
or any internal examination. Includes external
examination and software utility diagnostics only. A Final
data recovery fee
applies ONLY if data is fully or partially successfully recoverable.
Recovered data will be copied over to a customer
provided storage device. If data is not recoverable, no
additional fees will apply. Clean Room data recovery
labs are available for those customers who wish to
pursue further extensive data recovery options. Please
speak with one of our technicians or representatives for
more information.
